I read about some
desksercises, and I am so happy I did. I have to sit a lot. I am a student and I work at a circulation desk in a library. It is weird how tiring and draining just sitting can be. I tried some shoulder and neck stretches, as well as some arm stretches. I think these are the two I will keep doing the most. I also enjoyed doing some back workouts. Seriously, there isn't much support in any of the chairs on campus, so my back starts to kill me after a while.
